Adorable little vintage brass windmill bell.  It sits well with the clapper tucked inside, so it will display well.  The blades of the windmill can be rotated manually.  

The bell was estate-owned and is in good vintage condition.  You will see some patina and some residue from polish used in the past, which could easily be cleaned up if desired.  Look closely at the pictures for condition reference. 

It measures 3” in height (including the blades) and the base is 1 5/8” in diameter.
